About the Author, J. R. Caporal:
Caporal's family operates in the automotive sector since 1941. He was Honda’s dealer until 1993. He has worked directly in Sales, Parts, Service and Administration, in addition to consulting, training and strategic planning in dealerships.

J. R. Caporal studied Business Administration at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo, has done MBA in Business Management at the University of São Paulo and Performance Management at the Aubrey Daniels International Incorporation. He also attended in many specialization courses involving business and behavioral areas in Brazil and the USA.

Has collaborated with technical and market related articles for several publications. Regularly gives lectures on topics regarding the car sales market, and was the main speaker in Conferences of the FENABRAVE (National Federation of Distribution of Motor Vehicles) and FENAUTO (National Federation of Associations of Independent Dealers of Motor Vehicles). Participates every year since 1999 in the Conventions of NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association). Currently, Caporal is the CEO and president of MegaDealer, taking care of the operations in the three Americas.
